Grace Baek, PharmD, BCOP, is a board-certified clinical oncology pharmacist specializing in malignant hematology at UW Medicine/Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center (Seattle, WA). She serves as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy. Dr. Baek received a BA at Columbia University and completed pharmacy training at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy (PharmD), Michigan Medicine (PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency), and UW Medicine/Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center (PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency). Post-residency, she worked as a clinical oncology pharmacist in the outpatient sarcoma and renal/melanoma/genitourinary clinics before her current role at UW Medicine/Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.
