Jonathan Cohen (he/him) is a clinical oncology pharmacist at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center (FHCC). He is a graduate of the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy and completed post-graduate residency training at Oregon Health & Science University. As a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Pharmacist, he enjoys advancing clinical practice through collaborative research endeavors and leveraging the unique skillsets of clinical oncology pharmacists to promote patient-centered care. His professional interests include malignant hematology, lymphoma, bone-marrow transplant, CAR-T, patient advocacy, clinical research, and mentoring/teaching.
