Jenn Abelin, PhD is the Senior Group Leader, Proteomics Group at the Broad Institute. For ten years, she has trained and practiced mass spectrometry-based proteomics in both academia and industry settings. She is highly experienced in high-throughput mass spectrometry and automation technologies with a focus on the development of next generation proteomics tools and data analysis workflows to study adaptive immunity in the context of class I and class II HLA antigen presentation.
