After practising for almost 20 years at the Centre Hospitalier Lyon Sud, Dr Michallet is head of the Hematology Department of Hematology at the Léon Bérard Cancer Center in Lyon (CLB) since 2015. She takes a keen interest in the organization and organization and improvement of care pathways, as well as the promotion paramedical careers. She has thus deployed at the Centre Hospitalier Hospitalier Lyon Sud, but also at the CLB, the AMA (Assistance des created in Toulouse, which enables patients to benefit from regular regular monitoring at home during and after treatment. President of the Scientific Advisory Board of the ELLyE patient association, she considers this mission of sharing and exchange with ELLyE members to be essential. Her commitment to the association is important: "Patient associations are essential to the construction of patient care paths," she explains. Doctors need to listen to their voice and expertise within a structured framework such as the Scientific Advisory Board."
